All apartments, bungalows, villa’s, vacation homes and other alternative lodgings, are invited to become a Quality Assured Accommodation of Curaçao. 

The Audit programs for the Hospitality Industry are an incentive for service innovation, recognizing and promoting the quality level of tourism services provided.

Participation fee

The programs are partially subsidized, by the Curacao Tourist Board, making participation available to relatively small-sized service providers. The participation fee is ANG. 265,- (incl. ob) per business.

Holiday Apartment  

Apartments, hotel apartments, vacation homes, bed and breakfast are now classified as deluxe, comfort and economy. 

    Why is Classification important? -It manages expectations and mitigates the gap between the level of quality that consumers expect and the service that they receive. -A classification system aims to encourage growth and excellence, recognize and reward exceptional performance, and provide levels of performing standards.
