CITI, MEO and EU offer support for start ups and businesses with a smart idea
The Startup Launchpad program was launched in September 2017.
15 entrepreneurs were selected to participate in the first round of the Startup Launchpad, for which the kick-off took place on November 2, 2017.
After an intense month, on December 1, 2017 during the 1st Pitch contest, 5 entrepreneurs were selected to participate in the 2nd round and gain access to a voucher of maximum ANG. 20.000 each.
On August 22, 2018 these 5 competed for the 2nd and 1st place.
ADG and HQ Rental Software were selected by the jury and each received ANG. 20.000 in voucher and grant financing. HQ Rental Software went on to win it all and received an additional ANG. 20.000 in grant money.
The program is financed by the EU through the innovation program of OCTA (The Association of Overseas Countries and Territories) and by the Ministry of Economic Development.
