CITI presents a hands-on three-day experience designed for the next generation of visionaries.
The gap between a “big idea” and a “big reality” isn’t just luck; it’s a blueprint. For most teenagers, the world of business feels like something reserved for suits in glass boardrooms or tech moguls in Silicon Valley. But the truth is, the next generation of industry disruptors is sitting in classrooms right now, scrolling through social media and dreaming up solutions to problems they see every day.
It’s time to move those ideas off the napkin and into the real world.
What to expect

The journey from a concept to a pitch requires a specific set of tools. Over the course of the program, participants will dive deep into the mechanics of business:
Spotting the gap: Innovation starts with observation. We’ll teach you how to identify market needs that others overlook.
The business blueprint: An idea is only as strong as its model. You’ll learn how to structure a business that is sustainable, scalable, and impactful.
The power of the pitch: Even the best ideas need an audience. Master the art of the perfect pitch and learn to communicate your vision with the confidence of a CEO.
