Terms
How to use this website, in plain language. Last updated 5 October 2026.
These terms
These terms explain how to use the public website of the Curaçao Innovation & Technology Institute (CITI). If you use the site, you are accepting this page.
It is written in everyday language and describes the site as it works today. It is not a contract prepared by a lawyer, and it is not legal advice.
Who publishes the site
The site is published from Curaçao by Stichting Secretariaat Curaçao Informatica Stimuleringsplan, also known as Stimul-IT. The public name is CITI. The foundation is registered with the Curaçao Chamber of Commerce under number 110512.
The office is at Riffort Village 503 & 504, Willemstad, Curaçao. You can write to info@citi.cw.
Using the site
The pages are public. You do not need an account, and there is no member login.
Please use the site to learn about CITI, its programs, its events, and how to get in touch.
Please do not:
- try to break, overload, or disrupt the site
- send a message that is misleading, harmful, or pretending to come from CITI
- use the site in a way that gets in the way of other people reading it
Dates, places, and deadlines
Program text, dates, places, costs, and registration links are prepared by CITI and can change. The date written on a page is the one to follow.
If a deadline, a place, or a cost matters to you, check that page again or contact CITI before you rely on it. A past event stays on the site as a record of what happened. It is not an invitation to register again.
Programs and registration
A button such as Apply or Register can open a form on another website. Read that form before you send it. The other website has its own rules.
When the page records that a deadline has passed, or the event is over, this website stops offering the registration button. An old link, a saved page, or a shared post is not a promise that applications are still open.
Taking part in a program can have its own conditions. Those conditions are the ones CITI gives you on the program page, in the form, or in a message from the team. This page does not replace them.
Other websites
Some links open a form, a video, a map, a document, a social media page, or another CITI tool. The footer and the contact page include links of this kind.
CITI adds those links so you can take a next step. A link does not mean CITI controls the other website, or agrees with everything on it. When you leave this site, the other website’s terms apply.
Words, logo, and photographs
The words, the CITI logo, and the photographs on this website belong to CITI or to the people and partners shown. You may share a link to a page.
Please ask CITI before you copy the text, the logo, or a photograph for your own publication, product, or campaign.
Messages
If you write from the contact page, send information that is accurate and that you are willing to share with the team. Do not send passwords, or private information about someone else, through that page.
The Privacy page explains what happens to a message.
What the pages are for
The pages are general information about CITI and its work. They are not legal, financial, medical, or technical advice.
CITI tries to keep the site correct. A page can still contain a mistake, an old date, or a link that no longer works. If you notice one, tell CITI so it can be corrected.
If the site is unavailable
The website can be updated, or briefly unavailable. CITI does not promise that every page will be available at every moment.
CITI is not responsible for what another website does after you follow a link. CITI is also not responsible for a loss that comes from relying on a date or a link you did not check again when it mattered.
Changes to these terms
CITI can update this page. The date at the top is the latest version. If you keep using the site after an update, the new version applies.
